This postcard series features several humorous depictions of different critters. The series began as simple animal stylizations that I pushed over time as I developed my illustration skills. The end result is a comprehensive showcase of my skills and the range of my art style. I tried to give each critter its own distinct vibe, by incorporating unique textures and patterns with the platypus, rhino and cat cards, varied lighting effects with the chimp and fox cards, as well as general variations on colors and line weight, to make each card feel distinct while staying within the same general aesthetic.
